I'm excited to announce that I'll be kicking off a specialized (ladies only!) class starting Tuesday, October 1st! This will be an ongoing class that runs Tuesday mornings starting at 7:30am and will have you out the door by 8:15am.
Update: We are also adding Fridays at 5:30pm!
My vision for Abs & A$$ is for it to be a high-energy, fun, and empowering class designed to target your core and glutes! Whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned CrossFitter, this class is for women who want to strengthen, tone, and lift in all the right places. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, various weights (think dumbbells, barbells), and core-focused movements to tighten and define your core and booty. By now you probably know that the more muscle mass you have, the higher your resting metabolic rate, which allows you to burn more calories throughout the day. This is why we'll be including different forms of weight training- so you can maximize not only your time spent IN the gym, but more importantly those hours outside of the gym as well!
I have single sessions available ($20), a six-pack 😉 ($90) as well as a double six-pack option ($159).
