When you send an inquiry, the information you enter may be delivered to One Life and our booking and member-management provider so the coaching team can respond. Bookings and purchases are also governed by that provider's privacy terms.
After a successful inquiry, this browser tab can remember your name, email, phone and inquiry context for up to 30 minutes to prefill appointment booking. Personal details are cleared after booking or expiry. Contact and manual booking options remain usable if browser storage is unavailable. Personal form details are not included in our website analytics events or page URLs. This tab may also cache available appointment times for up to 45 seconds while you complete the inquiry.
Please text me back is optional permission for texts about your inquiry, getting started and appointments. It does not authorize promotional texts. We record your selection, disclosure version, originating page and submission time with your inquiry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Vercel Web Analytics provides anonymous, aggregated traffic counts without cookies. Google Analytics measures site usage with Google Signals, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization disabled. Meta Pixel loads only after you allow optional Meta advertising measurement, and a browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps it disabled. You can change this choice from Analytics settings in the footer without losing core site access.
Our optional Instagram section uses Behold to supply public gym posts and optimized thumbnails. Feed content is fetched by our server; we do not load Instagram’s embedded tracking script or autoplay videos. Opening a post or profile takes you to Instagram, which operates under its own privacy terms.
