I’ve had so many people tell me they know they need to change their diet or “go on a diet”. This usually comes up because we can feel that something is wrong. We aren’t as energetic as we would like to be or we just feel sluggish. We have a hard time eating “better” because of a couple things:
1. We actually aren’t sure what to eat.
2. We don’t recognize the consequence of poor eating until long after we’ve eaten.
Many of us even know what to eat, but in our busy lives we just need some accountability and reminders. Others of us are disciplined and have excellent self control but we aren’t sure what foods provide the best fuel and which slow us down.
