New Foundations gives new members private instruction and a clear runway. We recommend starting with a free consultation so the first step matches the person.

How Do I Join and Get Started?

Do you offer advanced options for experienced athletes?

How big are the classes?

Most classes have 10–18 members and are capped at 20. You’ll always have a coach actively instructing, correcting, and modifying.

How often should I attend?

Most members see the best results with 3–5 classes per week. We’ll help you choose a schedule that matches your recovery and goals.

I’m new to CrossFit. Can I still join?

Yes. We have a dedicated onboarding process that teaches you the movements, how to scale, and how to train safely so you can build confidence quickly.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

Our coaches are trained to scale workouts for injuries, mobility restrictions, and all fitness levels. We’ll personalize your options each class.

What if I want help with nutrition or weight loss?

We can pair your training with nutrition coaching for faster, sustainable results.

What is a typical class like?

Every class includes a warm-up, strength or skill work, a conditioning workout, and a cool down - plus coaching throughout.

Bootcamp

Can I do Bootcamp and CrossFit?

Absolutely. Many members use Bootcamp as extra conditioning alongside their CrossFit training.

How is Bootcamp different from CrossFit?

Bootcamp keeps training functional and high intensity, but removes complex lifts and focuses on continuous conditioning.

How long is class?

Bootcamp classes are 45 minutes.

Is Bootcamp good for beginners?

New Foundations is a 12-week start with clear milestones and a progress retest.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

We’ll recommend your next best fit, typically a Hybrid or Group membership based on your goals.

What if I’ve never done CrossFit?

Can I move into another membership after I finish?
