From fiber goals and protein pushes to early bedtimes and intermittent fasting, this year’s Summer Shred Challenge focused on simple, powerful habits—and the results speak for themselves.

Take a look at this trend line. We mapped adherence scores against body fat percentage changes—and the correlation is clear: consistent effort leads to consistent results.
Not every high scorer dropped tons of body fat—but those who committed to the habits, even without perfection, moved the needle on their health.

Here's what 30 members accomplished together in only 6 weeks:
📉 Total weight lost: 135.8 lbs
💪 Total muscle gained: +5.2 lbs
🔥 Total fat mass lost: 133.5 lbs
