When talking to someone about using the CrossFit training methodology, we often get statements like "I need to get fit first" or "I can't do that" or "I'm too old for that" or "Maybe after I lose some weight".
This comes from a misunderstanding of what a CrossFit workout is -- "constantly varied functional movements, executed at a high intensity". This means that it works for everyone.
At One Life CrossFit you can come take a free class and see for yourself. We will teach you the movements at every class. Don't worry about not knowing how to do something, leave that to us.
Also, if you are interested in expediting the learning processes we do offer a private session CrossFit Fundamentals course. In this course we expose you to and teach you the basics of how to:
Squat (back squat, front squat, overhead squat), Deadlift, Olympic Lifting like: Clean (hang clean, power clean) and the Snatch (hang snatch, power snatch), Gymnastics (pull-ups, toes to bar, handstand pushups), Plyometrics (box jumps), and many more functional movements.
