💪 What Is the One Life Youth Program?
The One Life Youth Program is a 6-week summer fitness series that teaches kids how to move well, get stronger, and have a blast doing it. Built on the CrossFit methodology and led by Coach Britny Connella, the program combines strength, skill, and conditioning in a format that’s safe, fun, and designed to grow with every kid.
